We are a retail / internet business located at

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns.
When placing an order to be shipped, be sure to purchase package insurance if you are worried about damage. We are not responsible for damage to items in transit.
If you receive
items that are damaged, and have purchased insurance on your package, please file a claim with the carrier.
NO REFUNDS/CREDITS are given on Buyer Club Activations.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept cancellations. Under special circumstances,
store credit (minus a restock fee) may be issued if you need to
change or cancel an order within 24 hours of submitting it.
This will be decided upon on a case to case basis.
Designs may vary slightly from what are seen on your screen due to different browsers/computers color settings. Also, on the website are the gallon designs -
quart and pint may vary from the design you see in style and color depending on how much we have to crop / redesign them down in order to properly fit them onto the cans.

Welcome! Create A Can is a family owned and operated business that started on the internet in 2000. We have since opened a retail shop in Ogdensburg, NY as of November, 2011. Whether you want to convey Love, Congratulations, Get Well, Happy Birthday, Anniversary, New Baby, Thinking of You, Sympathy, or Just Because, we can help you express it with our gift baskets, gift cans, candy bouquets, candy creations and cookie bouquets.
We are experienced and creative in all areas of design. We make it our top priority to ensure that our designs are as wonderful as you would expect. We offer a wide variety of unique gifts not found anywhere else in the area.
In addition to what you see displayed on our website or in the store, we can work with your own special needs and color schemes to create custom favors and treats for you. We are always ready to help you select exactly what you need for your special event or to express your own individual sentiment.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Deliveries for these holidays will be delivered 1-2 days prior, please

Local Delivery Policy / Areas Served |
We are committed to delivering beautiful arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt.
We serve: Ogdensburg, Heuvelton, Hammond, Lisbon, Morristown and Waddington.
For deliveries within the city of Ogdensburg, there will be a $5.00 delivery charge. For deliveries outside the city limits, there will be an $8.00 delivery charge.
Delivery to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center, St. Joseph's Nursing Home, and United Helper's Nursing Home in Ogdensburg is free.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order as soon as possible. We can also hold your order and deliver it on the date you request. However, please place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Delivery to colleges are available On the following days for the following colleges:
St. Lawrence University: Thursdays
SUNY Canton: Thursdays
SUNY Potsdam: Thursdays
Clarkson: Thursdays
Deliveries to the colleges have a $10 fee and minimum order value of $35.
Depending on the time the order is placed, we cannot guarantee same day delivery. Please call the shop to confirm if same day delivery is available.
